Credit card details are ONLY used to guarantee (secure or hold) the reservation. The credit card will NOT be debited unless you fail to arrive and if you have not cancelled your reservation before the cacellation time given on the website (normally 24 hours before arrival).

You are expected to pay you bill at the hotel at the end of your stay in a way of your choosing e.g. cash, credit card, etc.

Very rarely, a hotel may reserve the right to pre-authorise the card, but where this is the case, it will be stated on the hotel details page.
